  • A single Route Pattern \+! can be used to route to their local route group gateway

Configuration Outgoing Call

  • Global call routing (route patterns in global [E.164] format) is assumed to be in place already

  • Globalize Calling Number - External phone number masks in E.164 format for calling number normalization

Localized Call Egress to Gateway

Configuration Inbound Call

Localized Call Ingress on Gateway

  • Translation patterns or significant digits for reduction of called PSTN number to internally used directory number

  • Prefixes for calling party number normalization (globalization)

  • If set to default, then look at next level on the device pool

  • If again set to default, then look at the CUCM Service Parameters (Advanced Parameters)

Localized Call Egress to phone

  • No requirements for called party number (already reduced to directory number)
  • Localized Calling Number - use Calling Party Transformation pattern
  • This allows the number display to include any local offnet dial prefix for callback

  • Assign the Calling Party Transformation to the phone

OR

  • Again if the device pool is set, it will be the preferred
