DTMF Directed Call Park
- New in CUCMv7
- Allows Cisco Unified Mobility users to access the Directed Call Park feature via DTMF tones from their remote phone
- Call can be parked or retrieved from remote phones
- Once parked, the call can be retrieved from any remote or enterprise phone.
- To Park a call
- While in an active call, enter *82 (to put the call on enterprise hold)
- Depending on the remote phone model, the call might need to be put on hold at the remote phone also.
- Make a new call to the enterprise MVA number.
- Once connected, enter the following sequence:
<your PIN>#*84#<directed call park number>#*84
- To Retrieve a call
- At the remote phone where you want to retrieve the call, make a call to the enterprise MVA number.
- Once connected, enter the following sequence
<your PIN>#1#<directed call park retrieval number>
- The Directed Call Park retrieval number consists of the retrieval prefix configured at the Directed Call Park number and the Directed Call Park number itself

- Directed Call Park must be enabled
Mobile Voice Access
- Mobile Voice Access must be enabled
- Enterprise Feature access (to enable the use of DTMF transfer)
