Do Not Disturb
General
- Turn off the ringer for an incoming call
- Users can choose to have the IP phone beep or flash to indicate an incoming call
- The phone will still ring if there is a high priority call
- Call from Cisco Emergency Responder
- Multilevel precedence and preemption call
- Auto answer is disabled.

Configuration
Common Phone Profile
- Under Device > Device Setting > Common Phone Profile, configure DND option under
Softkey Template
- Under Device > Device Setting > Softkey Template, add DND softkey to custom template. Not available by default in any template.
Phone Button Template
- Under Device > Device Setting > Phone Button Template, add DND softkey to one of the feature key (button on the side of the LCD).
