Call Back
- When Phone A call Phone B but Phone B is busy
- Phone A presses the “Call Back” softkey button
- When Phone B becomes available, CUCM will notify Phone A
Configuration
Softkey Template
- Under Device > Device Settings > Softkey Template add Call Back softkey
- Add it to on-hook and ring-out call state
