A user dialing a number that matches a route pattern with FAC enable. The user must enter a FAC codes that is HIGHER than the defined authorization level before the call is allowed through.

FAC Configuration

1. Create FAC Codes (Feature > Forced Authorization Code)
   • Defines Code Number + Authorization Level
2. Enabling FAC on Route Pattern (Route Plan > Route/Hunt > Route Pattern)
