Toll Fraud
General
- Block transfer of incoming call from PSTN to internal number only
Configuration
- Block transfer offnet to offnet
- Route Pattern can then be classified as OnNet or OffNet
- Allow Device Override - the calls are classified based on the call classification settings on the associated gateway or trunk
- Use System Default - default setting on gateway and trunk. The default setting for gateway is OffNet and is set in CUCM Service Parameter
