When Phone A call Phone B but Phone B is busy

Phone A presses the “Call Back” softkey button

When Phone B becomes available, CUCM will notify Phone A

Under Device > Device Settings > Softkey Template add Call Back softkey

Add it to on-hook and ring-out call state
