Time-of-Day Routing

Time-of-Day routing allows the routing of calls to different location based on the time of day when a call is made. The time-of-day routing (Time Schdules) is applied to partition to restrict the time that the partition is available in the CSS. This can be used for least cost routing through different gateway (off peak rate) or to prevent toll fraud.

Configuration

1. Create individual Time Periods (Route Plan > Class of Control > Time Period)
2. Create the time schedule and assign the time periods to it (Route Plan > Class of Control > Time Schedule)
3. Assign the time schdule to a partition
4. Add partition to CSS
