Transfer with consultation based on the H.450.2 standard and a second line is available
Calls fall back to full-blind if the second line is unavailable.
This is the default in Cisco Unified CME 4.0 and later versions.
Transfer-system needs to be set at full-consult for the “transfer by directory” to work.

Transfer to SIP
By default, call transfer to non-local number is blocked e.g. PSTN. However, this also includes SIP number so we need to include the SIP number in the transfer pattern

Recall
For a blind transfer, if the call is not answered after a certain time, the call will be recalled back to the party originating the transfer.
If the originating party is busy, it will make two attempt before dropping the call
Default recall time is 0s = off. We are not doing a call transfer recall

Transfer VMail
Press the TrnsfVM button, enter the mailbox number to transfer the call to the voice mail box.
Configure the softkey template and add to ephone
Add pattern to allow transfer to VMail number as it is not an ephone number
