  * Block transfer offnet to offnet

  * Route Pattern can then be classified as **OnNet** or **OffNet**
  * **Allow Device Override** - the calls are classified based on the call classification settings on the associated gateway or trunk

  * **Use System Default** - default setting on gateway and trunk. The default setting for gateway is **OffNet** and is set in CUCM Service Parameter
