    * CUCM collects digits and immediately passes them on to the PSTN one-by-one as they are dialed
    * Useful in country with variable length PSTN dial patterns
    * Just need a single route pattern for all PSTN calls and only need to include the PSTN access codes e.g. "9." or "0."
