===== General =====
  * CUCM selects an audio or video conference bridge from the MRGL of the conference initiator
  * When a media resource is involved, there is no direct RTP communication between the two IP phones
  * By default, all media resources are placed in the null MRG
    * Usage of hardware resource is preferred over software
    * Media resource usage is load balanced.

===== Intelligent Bridge Selection =====
  * New in CUCMv7
  * If there is one video participant or no video participants, an audio conference bridge from the MRGL is selected
  * If a video conference bridges is need but none is available, an audio conference bridge is allocated.

===== MRG Selection =====
  * Uses all the resource in MRG_HW_CFB first
  * Then uses the resources in MRG_SW_CFB
  * If MRGL_CFB is exhausted, look into the Null MRG.
